The Membership Experience

Insurance, including Medicare, is billed for eligible medical services.

Members benefit from direct, secure communication through our dedicated messaging platform (via the Spruce app), allowing you to connect with your care team in a convenient and confidential way.

Membership Pricing
We believe transparency matters.
Membership is:
$225 per month
or
$2,500 annually
A one-time $150 registration fee applies.
This investment supports the time, access, and proactive planning that define the Vitality experience.
Insurance, including Medicare, is billed separately for eligible medical services.
